Being Route setter ... Much more than a craft, a passion shared by many through out the world, we are not athletes but artists! Often passed without being seen, but behind every great competition we are there, providing excitement, overcome, challenge for athletes and public! We can compare the judges of football sometimes, for those who always speak ill lose, cry and hate us for a few minutes! But we are always there again to test the power and the mind of each athlete! We are not retired athletes, we train hard to be able to offer the best show possible, each route a new painting that can only be appreciated by a few seconds and then disappears giving way to new paintings ... Yes, we love it! The butterflies in my stomach before starting the competition, the reaction of athletes looking and trying to understand his art, like a painting by a great painter. We have rules, we have deadlines and RESPONSIBILITIES! Working with the unexpected sometimes with unviable, is part of this work so special to us. Some have that feeling every day in gyms around the world, but it does not compare to an international event where you have the best of jobs, general public that vibrates every movement of athletes, the best time for us as expected! Dealing with the feelings of athletes disappointment, joy and sometimes crying, is hard for us. Creativity is our goal, sometimes it disappears, but we always find a way! Being professional is what we all want to be, and we must unite to strengthen it, the more opportunities is what I want, what I want is more organization! Dedication, caring, patience and great strength is that we have every challenge which we are called to be, IFSC Route setter always been my dream, held fortunately, now move on to the new challenges and new paintings. Muito mais que um ofício, uma paixão compartilhada por muitos pelo Mundo a fora, não somos atletas e sim artistas! Muitas vezes passamos sem sermos vistos , mas por trás de toda grande competição estamos lá, proporcionando emoção,superação, desafio para atletas e publico! Podemos nos comparar a juízes de futebol ás vezes, pois sempre aqueles que perdem falam mal, gritam e nos odeiam por alguns minutos! Mas sempre estamos lá novamente para testar a força e mente dos atletas! Não somos atletas aposentados, treinamos duro para poder oferecer sempre o melhor show possível, a cada via uma nova pintura que só poderá ser apreciada por poucos instantes e logo desaparece dando lugar a novas pinturas... Sim, nós amamos isso! O frio na barriga antes de começar a competição, a reação dos atletas olhando e tentando compreender a sua arte, como se fosse uma tela de um grande pintor. Temos regras, temos prazos e temos RESPONSABILIDADES! Trabalhar com o inesperado às vezes, com o inviável, faz parte desse trabalho tão especial a nós. Alguns têm esse sentimento todos os dias nos ginásios espalhados pelo Mundo, mas não se compara a um evento internacional onde se tem o melhor dos trabalhos, grande publico que vibra a cada movimento dos atletas, o melhor momento para nós o mais esperado! Lidar com o sentimento dos atletas de desapontamento, alegria e muitas vezes de choro, isso mexe com a gente. Criatividade é nossa meta, as vezes ela desparece, mas sempre damos um jeito! Ser profissional é o que todos nós queremos ser, e temos de nos unirmos para fortalecer isso, mais oportunidades é o que quero, mais organização é que desejo! Dedicação, carinho , paciência e muita força é que temos a cada desafio para qual somos chamados, ser Route setter IFSC sempre foi meu sonho, realizado felizmente, agora sigo em frente a busca de novos desafios e novas pinturas.
